While the USMNT won their game last night, the U-23s struggled in their loss to Colombia.

Really cool to see Oscar Pareja on the National Soccer Hall of Fame ballot. To me it is a no brainer but part of me also kind of wants for him to get in when the new facility is finished in Frisco.
We all remember the Re-Entry Draft day when FC Dallas moved up to the number one spot to snag Maximiliano Urruti from Portland. So far in four games he has three goals. Good return on that investment I'd say.
We already know that Kellyn Acosta and Walker Zimmerman are in town following last night's game. Now it will be a matter of time before the other five get back to town.
It is never too early to scout an opponent and here is a good look at what FCD's defense will need to do to contain the likes of Kei Kamara and Fedrico Higuian.

It wasn't a matter of not wanting it as badly as Colombia but it really came down to the fact that the plan wasn't good enough and the attitude on the field sunk quickly as a result of it.
I won't get into the whole blame the ref kind of thing, the fact is the US squad wasn't good enough last night.
4-0. That was a strong statement last night. But is everything actually fixed?
The lineup last night was something I don't think we've seen often or at all out of Jurgen Klinsmann, all 11 players were in their natural roles and the 4-0 score should be a wake up that they're back in business.
The veterans stepped up but more importantly the team looked good as a whole for a change.
Simple explanation, cost. It was just too damn much to attend. And for those curious, only around 7k were at the U-23 game last night.
