Things are wrapping up on 2016 here as we are in the final week of the year.

We had a pretty large list for Santa this year but hopefully he’ll deliver on most of it.

2016 has been a wild year in MLS. There is a lot of love in this piece from Matt Doyle for FCD players. And I wish the league would take his lead on doing more than one Best XI team each season.
Another long one but thankfully FC Dallas info really kicks off this piece at the top.
Depth is a key component in MLS roster building. Good teams have at least a decent amount of it. Seattle made a ton of good moves before Christmas but they are still lacking in certain areas.
This one pains me to see as I really do want Clint to return healthy in 2017.
I like this move for the Fire but their roster still has a long, long way to go.
Another solid pickup for Atlanta United here in this offseason. Now the question continues to be, can this group come together and actually perform as good as they sound on paper?
One of the Sounders big moves last week was trading for Will Bruin. For Houston, it was about moving on from a prior era and getting some much needed cash in the process.
The rumors about Darlington Nagbe continue to pop up, even if most of them aren’t true, you do wonder when the Timbers will sell. At the end of the day, I think 2017 is a make or break type season for him anyways.
