The final month of the calendar year is finally here.

A few of our staff discussed yesterday as to what they think need to be the biggest focus of the offseason.
We had the one most people cared about a couple weeks back but now we can see what the inside of the facility will look like.

As much as I hate a two-legged series for a conference finals, that one will likely go down as one of the best in league history for some time.
And some already think it was the best series we’ve ever seen in this league. I think it is right up there with the LA-San Jose series of 2003. But that was also a wildly different time in MLS too.
The game had a little bit of everything last night from poor weather, to loads of early (and late) goals, to just enough drama that you couldn’t turn away for a second.
Congrats Toronto, you certainly earned it.
One thing to keep an eye on between now and Dec. 10 is the health of Sebastian Giovinco, who hobbled off the field last night.
Some teams have depth in this league, while most don’t. Toronto proved last night that they have a fair amount of it.
Portland owner Merritt Paulson stayed off Twitter for a while but he came back yesterday with one hell of a jersey tease. I love the look of this new Timbers home kit.
Whew, now we can erase the thought that he had a flu game from our minds.
