FC Dallas signs Homegrown player Bryan Reynolds

FC Dallas adds another 15-year old to the mix.

FC Dallas has signed its league-leading 17th Homegrown player, forward Bryan Reynolds, from the FC Dallas Academy for the 2017 season.

The 15-year old is now the youngest player to sign with the club, just days after the team signed 15-year old Jesus Ferreira last week.

Reynolds was part of the Under-16 FC Dallas Academy team that won the 2015-16 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Championship. In last month’s Generation adidas Cup in Kansas City, Reynolds tallied five goals in three matches as the FC Dallas U-18 team went 3-0-0 with a goal differential of plus-13.

Reynolds also has spent a lot of time on the youth national team level. Last week, he scored one goal for the US U-17s in a friendly against Jamaica. He’ll likely be a key fixture in the U-17s quest for a World Cup bid next April.

The Fort Worth native joins eight other Homegrowns on the roster that hail from cities within the MetroPlex.
