Big congrats to these two for their hard work though I am disappointed in not seeing Carlos Gruezo for the Newcomer of the Year, or even some more love for Chris Seitz in the Keeper of the Year.
There have been some big comebacks before in the MLS Cup Playoffs, none this big but if there is a team that could make it happen, it would be this group.
Time to go vote!

Sometimes I really don’t get the voters in these awards from year to year. But to leave a guy that scored 17 goals and assisted on 15 others is a crime in itself. Also, I like the point made here about Tim Howard getting nominated for Keeper of the Year. I really don’t like how voters value half seasons more than full seasons in these things.
Yeah, more love for Walker Zimmerman too!
Sadly, we see the move that Oscar Pareja tried last Sunday in this list.
There is really no other option left for FC Dallas in these playoffs, throw things forward and hope for the best.
What is dangerous to think about in this is that he is getting healthy and is becoming a crazy-good option off the bench.
Philly’s roster construction for next year gets a little trickier with Blake coming on the books more against the salary cap.
What is FC Dallas missing so far in these playoffs? A secret weapon like Tosaint Ricketts has become up in Toronto.
So it looks like 2018 will be a year we have an odd number of teams. Great. MLS really needs to pull the plug on this one.
Some more expansion notes to discuss. Atlanta is going to be paying around a $1 million to rent Georgia Tech’s stadium for a few months next season.
The age-old ‘should we go after a big name’ debate rolls on.
