Soccer: 2016 Olympic Qualifying -Colombia at USA Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

The United States Men’s National Team return to the nation’s capital tonight for their final friendly of October as they host New Zealand.

The US look to use this as a final tuneup before the Hexagonal stage of World Cup qualifying begins next month in Columbus against arch-rivals Mexico. The US are 2-0-0 in all-time meetings against the Kiwis.

Jurgen Klinsmann will likely use this match as a testing group for his roster in next month’s qualifiers against Mexico and Costa Rica. He already sent nine players home following the 2-0 win over Cuba last Friday.

FC Dallas midfielder Kellyn Acosta was called into camp over the weekend. He is looking for his fourth cap from the senior national team this year.

Join us tonight as we take in this match as this will be our game thread.
