FC Dallas wins a wild GA Cup match |

So a 7-4 result sounds more like a baseball game than a soccer one but the FCD academy team came out of group play in the GA Cup undefeated with three straight wins and 18 goals scored. Also, can we sign Jesus Ferreira already? Four goals in the win over SKC, 10 in the three games.

On the other hand in Salt Lake, they’re keeping Movsisyan, which is a good move on their part.

Morris pleased with an early return to Seattle | Sounder at Heart

The Sounders do have a game tomorrow night, which hopefully helps us out in a small way with some players having tired legs for Sunday. We’ll see.

Atlanta hoping for extra allocation to build roster | AJC

Naturally Atlanta is hoping for a little more after MLS only gave them five expansion draft picks instead of the 10 previous clubs got. I’d argue allocation money is a little more valuable in this league than some expansion draft picks anyways.

October friendlies do more harm than good |

I’ve often been against months that don’t have any World Cup ties to them. But this is an interesting thought on the matter.

Klinsmann opposes changing WCQ format in CONCACAF |

Yeah, I kind of figured he’d be against change of any form.
