Hearing that Otis Earle was a mistake is pretty interesting but kind of refreshing that Fernando Clavijo was that honest about it. Hopefully the same fate doesn't happen again this year.

We saw this last year (and in years past as well), MLS has locked up a slew of players from the Combine to rookie deals ahead of the draft. Right now there are seven guys to go along with the other group of Generation adidas players under contract.
Just the headline alone is a valid question worth exploring these days. I say that it is still valuable as teams look to get players that can either compete right now or ones that they know they can stash away in the USL. For the love of all things good though we do need to remove the word 'super'.
