Back and better than ever after another win.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

We're back after a day off for the holiday weekend here and now it is time to get back to work as FC Dallas moves on from their win over Columbus.

Three more points |

Five homegrown players in the lineup is a good thing and kind of a scary thing when you think about it. Either way, the win came right when the club needed it to on the road against a quality side.

Plenty of good FCD discussion in here following the weekend.

Drogba opens up MLS account with hat trick |

Interesting discussion on young attacking players in this study. FCD has a few on their roster that aren't getting the time on the field for whatever reason. Though I do find it interesting that Mauro Diaz was left out of the list of players from FCD.

USA vs Brazil, what to watch for | Stars and Stripes FC

While people may be tuned in on Neymar tonight, I'll be eager to see Douglas Costa, the speedy winger from Bayern Munich. It may be a homer thing to say, be Fabian Castillo's game remains me a lot of Costa's.

Diskerud toeing the line of being an impact player |

In the right format, and right group of players, Diskerud can be that guy. But just like with his club team, if one thing goes out of line he is rather useless.
