DCU has the most expensive academy | Black and Red United

This one is rather interesting to me. While most of the league has very little cost associated for the players and families in their academies, DCU is charging a lot of money for players to be in their system. If they were pumping out Andy Najar and Bill Hamid type players each year I could understand it but they haven't been.
