Homegrown Coy Craft and former FC Dallas academy player Martin Salas called up to U-20s.

FC Dallas Homegrown forward Coy Craft and former academy midfielder Martin Salas have been called up to play for head coach Tab Ramos as the new U-20 U.S. Men's National Team cycle begins for the U-20 World Cup two years from now.

Craft and Salas were named to the 23-player roster U.S. Soccer announced earlier today to represent the United States in Serbia during the Stevan Vilotic-Cele Tournament.

The minutes will be good for Craft as he has struggled to see time this season for FC Dallas. Salas has been with FCD for years and begins his freshman season with North Carolina this year. Midfielder Alex Zendejas is another FCD player that will feature prominently for the U-20s in the future. For now, he will be busy playing with the U-17s in the U-17 World Cup.

The group begins training on August 30th in Subotica. The U.S. starts play against Serbia on September 3rd, before traveling to Senta to play France on September 4th. The U-20s will finish play on September 7th in a placement match.
