FC Dallas vs Toronto FC: By the Numbers

Numbers are more fun when three points are in the pocket. That's a mathematical proof.

No intro, just diving straight into. #DTID

0:26 - Fastest goal in FC Dallas history in MLS play. Fitting since it was scored by the fastest player in team history.

2 - Interestingly enough, it was just the second time in Fabian's career that he's scored a brace (last time was that 5-0 drubbing at San Jose)

3 - This is the third game Blas has scored, and it's also his third game winner (league leader)

3 - The last time Dallas scored three goals in a half was back in September 2008.

4 - With four goals, Blas Perez is tied for second in the MLS scoring race. He's also tied for second with a 0.77 goals per 90 (min of 5 games played).

6 - Dallas is 6-0-2 against Toronto in MLS play at Toyota Stadium, outscoring them 15-8.

11 - Seems to be the number of shots that Dallas can generate. It's the fifth game this season where they've taken 11 shots. Just random that it keeps popping up.

14 - Number of wins against Canadian teams at Toyota Stadium (undefeated, 14-0-2) in MLS play. Texas > Canada.

65 - Dallas completed the game with a 65% passing completion rate. That dropped Dallas' season average to 73% (down from 78% in 2014 and 2013).

Cheers.
