After a couple years away from Frisco, the Dallas Cup is set to return to Toyota Stadium. The Frisco stadium will play host to both Generation adidas Cup and Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXXVI's championship matches, Friday, April 3, through Sunday, April 5, FC Dallas announced today.
FC Dallas and the Dallas Cup recently announced that the two would come together to host the Generation adidas Cup finals this year.

As co-hosts of the Generation adidas Cup, the Dr Pepper Dallas Cup "Championship Weekend" games, consisting of the Gordon Jago Super Group semifinals and all eight group championship matches, will also be played at Toyota Stadium on Easter weekend.The opening day triple-header and annual "Welcome World" opening ceremonies are set for Sunday, March 29 at the Cotton Bowl. A Gordon Jago Super Group triple-header is also scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, at the Cotton Bowl.
Non-stadium tournament games will be played, free of charge, at the Classic League Soccer Complex at Richland College, and MoneyGram Soccer Park in Northwest Dallas.
The FCD U-18s will play against Corinthians (Brazil), Monterrey (Mexico) and Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao (China).
Generation adidas Cup info
This year's 2014-2015 Generation adidas Cup finals will feature a total of 17 MLS academy teams (one of them being FC Dallas) as well as the Chivas USA youth squad and 10 international clubs, including River Plate (Argentina), Athletic Bilbao (Spain), Pumas UNAM (Mexico), Palmeiras (Brazil), Eintracht Frankfurt (Germany) and Aspire Academy (Qatar).
FC Dallas will be in Group B action along with Real Salt Lake, Athletic Bibao and Pumas.
