FC Dallas vs DC United live stream: Time and how to watch online

FC Dallas gets another crack at DCU today.

Brendan Maloney-USA TODAY Sports

FC Dallas returns to Frisco and Toyota Stadium for the first time in 2015. For the second time this week the boys will play Eastern Conference side, D.C. United in a preseason friendly. United got the better end of FCD last weekend in the final of the ATX Pro Challenge. The Black and Red won that game 1-0 on a Chris Rolfe goal in the second half.

Oscar Pareja will look to get more out of his main starters in this one as the regular season is just now two weeks away.

Key player for FCD: Mauro Diaz. For the second week in a row I am singling out Diaz in this game. He has to step up more and more with each game here in this preseason. He looked good in spots last weekend in Austin but this game will be more about ramping up his movement on and off the ball, as well as improving his set piece taking on corner kicks for the team.

Biggest question: Will we see Zach Loyd and Tesho Akindele get minutes?

Last weekend in Austin, Loyd was carrying an injury and Akindele just for whatever reason didn't see any time on the field. I'm hopeful that we'll see at least Akindele this evening on the field either up top or on the right wing. Loyd on the other hand just may see limited minutes if he is still getting over an injury. Either way, getting these two guys minutes may be a key element for beginning the season on a high note.

Match date/time: Friday 2/20, 7:30 PM
