Who is ready for some turkey?

For me, the holiday break has begun while FC Dallas continues to get ready for their second game against Portland.

Right now my gut tells me that its someone like Kellyn Acosta or Victor Ulloa. But it very well could be a David Texeira or a Blas Perez.

Ah, some memories in this list. First off, that 3-1 scoreline shouldn't scare anyone when you see a post like this. I remember that LA-San Jose series very well and how the Galaxy had a 4-0 lead going into the next game with the Quakes. Funny how things can work out sometimes.

Veljko Paunovic may not be a big household name to some but the guy isn't your average foreign coach looking to come into MLS either. The guy has a serious pedigree with him and as this piece states, he may very well be an excellent hire. Some may remember him from his time in Philly with the Union too, so the guy does know MLS to a degree.

Lately the younger coach trend in MLS is working pretty well with guys like Pareja, Ben Olsen, Jesse Marsch, and Carl Robinson. So why not Paunovic?

Gabriel Brener is on the verge of gaining full control over the Dynamo from AEG. This will be good for the Dynamo to have local ownership in charge for a change.

The more I watched the Sounders down the stretch, the more I noticed how badly they needed some consistency in their lineups. Maybe having Brad Evans at center back for a longer period would be a good thing.
