It appears that head coach Oscar Pareja has settled on who his preferred starting lineup is for the playoffs, but with two weeks to prepare, it wouldn't be unthinkable if Papi tinkered with a player or two just to mix things up and create some matchup problems for the Portland Timbers.
The official injury report only has Rolando Escobar and Bakary Soumare out, so the usual players will be available for selection this week. If you're Oscar Pareja, who will you send out there against Portland? Will you stick with the usual lineup of David Texeira up top, flanked by Fabian Castillo and Michael Barrios with Mauro Diaz pulling the strings? Then anchored by Victor Ulloa and Kellyn Acosta? Do you push Acosta's hamstring or rest it a little more and get Ezequiel Cirigliano out there? Has Ryan Hollingshead won you over with the starting LB position?
Personally, I think Pareja sticks with what's working. I considered swapping out Texeira for Blas Perez or Tesho Akindele but given that both of them were away on international duty, I'm giving the advantage to Tex to keep his starting position. So, if you're Papi, who would you start this Sunday's match?
