I know the Union fans have not had a ton to be excited about over the last few seasons but this guy can help them turn things around in a hurry. Some folks yesterday were even putting his hire up there in terms of moments in club history, which seems a bit crazy but it may not be in the end.

You can't argue too much with some of his suggestions. Playing on turf. Travel issues. All things that could and should be addressed.

Plenty to chew on in this one as it goes into the issues that LA and Seattle had down the stretch this year. Crazy that they are a knockout round matchup here. Most had them as #1 and #2 in the West to start the season.
