Some times the best part of waking up in the morning is realizing your team just won a big game the night before.

FCD got some help last night in Toronto and then took care of business on their own end with a big win. Two games to go with plenty still to play for too.

On the Vancouver side from last night, they're feeling the sting of this loss.

Seems crazy that its taken this long for TFC to punch a post season ticket but boy they did so in pretty impressive fashion last night against New York. Oh, and that Sebastian Giovinco goal was something else.

Think about this, Giovinco helped Italy off the bench on Tuesday, then flew to Toronto and texted the club that he wanted to be in the 18 on Wednesday. He then comes off the bench in that one and scores what would be a game-winner and possibly a goal of the year candidate.

They may have been missing a player or two but there was really nothing they could do about that goal from Giovinco.

Losing that beard definitely did RSL no favors this season but there are probably a few other reasons why RSL won't make the playoffs in 2015. Oh and we get them this weekend without Jamison Olave (red card) and with them needed a miracle to make the post season (like scoring 12 goals or something in their final two games along with getting a ton of other teams to lose twice).
