Yesterday was certainly an interesting day for fans of the club, with FC Dallas rumored to make a bid on midfielder Michael Essien. Those bids were turned down and now we're back at square one. We will keep you all up to date on that but lets get into some morning links first.

The club's digital crew gives us a pretty good look at the newest midfielder for FCD.
Both sides are taking this 'decide which national team thing' very patiently.
[Oh and by the way, preseason camp starts tomorrow, not next week like we had previously thought this week. Yay!]

I do find it interesting that Colorado gets to host this again, and that Fox Sports 1 is broadcasting it. I am fairly certain that this is the first non-ESPN/ABC/etc broadcast of the ASG in league history. Though I could be wrong on that but I don't recall Fox Soccer Channel ever doing it back in the day.
Look if it isn't Arsenal then why on earth did the league put the game back in Colorado for a second time?
Some folks really, really hate the MLS's Allocation order/ranking. I get that.
Yeah, I get why players are saying this but I totally don't support a strike. Not at this stage in the league's life. Still, seeing a big named player in the league say this type of stuff certainly helps support the players.
Lets just say it isn't the CBA. I have to agree though with this piece, once the league fixed this issue, they'll certainly be one of the bigger leagues in the country and the world.
Haha if this is indeed true, then we need to just point and laugh at all involved.
Funny that this release from MLS on this subject already states that FCD is linked up with Arizona. I still don't get why that thing hasn't been announced by the two sides. Seems so simple.
Okay, that is all that I have for now. What do you fine folks have going on today?
