After wading through the first 14 picks, FC Dallas selected left back Otis Earle with the 15th overall pick in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft.
The Englishman (who carries a green card by the way) comes to FC Dallas from UC Riverside. He was one of the first eight college seniors to sign deals with MLS before the MLS Combine. Earle is left back by trade, meaning he will slot in nicely in the depth charts behind Moises Hernandez.
Earle was a three-year starter for the Highlanders. He scored two goals and added in four assists in 2014. In four seasons with UC Riverside he had five goals and 14 assists.
Dallas gets a solid left back, arguably one of the best ones in this draft class. Some mock drafts had him going as high as number five at one point, so Oscar Pareja is getting good value here with this pick.
He is also the son of former EPL star Robbie Earle.
FC Dallas' next pick will come in the third round of the draft that will take place on a conference call on January 20.
