FC Dallas on Campus: Week 3 results

The youngsters are gobbling up minutes in the college game.

The slew of FC Dallas academy players had a busy opening weekend of games.

Seniors

Boyd Okwuono (North Carolina) - Two straight shutout wins over Pittsburgh and William and Mary. UNC is now ranked (at least in one poll) at number 1. Okwuono played the 87 minutes against Pitt and then the full 90 against W&M.

Jack Coleman (Duke) - Coleman started and played 86 minutes in a 5-0 blowout loss to Louisville.

Damian Rosales (SMU) - He came off the bench and played 27 minutes in a 1-0 loss to Missouri State. He then would come off the bench and play 42 minutes in a 3-1 win over Stony Brook.

Juniors

Mikey Ambrose (Maryland) - He started in the 1-1 OT draw against Michigan.

Aaron Guillen (Florida Gulf Coast) - He started in both losses to San Francisco and St. Mary's.

Mark Ashby (Harvard) - Ashby started in both recent matches for Harvard a 2-1 loss to St. Johns and a 3-2 win over Boston College in OT.

Sophomores

Nicholas Rochowski (New Mexico) - Rochowski did not appear in win over Cal State Northridge. He did finally feature in a start that saw him go 82 minutes in a 2-0 win over San Diego.

Caleb Underwood (SMU) - He did not play in either match last week.

Marco Carrizales (SMU) -  He came off the bench and played 21 minutes in the loss to Missouri State. He also came off the bench and played 28 minutes against Stony Brook.

Bobby Edet (Furman) - He started in the 1-0 win over Costal Carolina.

Marco Ortiz (Furman) - He started in the win over Costal Carolina, he contributed one assist one the game-winning goal.

Victor Portillo (Liberty) - He came off the bench in both matches for Liberty last week.

Fernando Laverde (Central Florida) -A tough week for the Golden Knights, two loses and one draw. Laverde started in all three matches, going the full distance in two of them.

Freshman

Kristoffer Reaves (Wake Forest) - He started and played the full 90 in a 2-1 win over NC State. Reaves helped out with one assist in the win.

Jordan Cano (SMU) - He started and played the full 90 in both matches last week for the Mustangs.

Abdul Yassine (SMU) - He started in both matches last week. In the 3-1 win over Stony Brooke he added in one assist.

Will Coleman (Liberty) - He started in the win over RMU and then came off the bench in the win over UPST.

Troy Reeves (Liberty) - He started in both matches for Liberty this past week.

Cesar Murillo (College of Charleston) - He started and played the full 90 three matches last week.
