Home games for FC Dallas usually mean decent fantasy points.

FC Dallas

Vancouver comes to town this week to take on FC Dallas. They will be desperate for points after going win-less the past four games. FCD has won every meeting at home against Vancouver since they joined MLS and I don't see that changing this weekend.

Who to start/add

Fabian Castillo $7.0 - Castillo's production has slowed down the past two weeks. No goals and no assists. He's due a goal or two. Vancouver won't be able to contain him.

Matt Hedges $8.8 - I mentioned Vancouver hasn't won their past four games. But, I didn't mention they haven't scored in any of those games. I expect Hedges to have a big game.

Tesho Akindele $5.3 - After resting a bit last week and not playing much, the rookie sensation should be ready to impress and have another good game against the Vancouver defense.

Who not to start/add

Jair Benitez $6.0 - Benitez didn't have the best of games last week and Moises Hernandez played well for him after being subbed in. I'm hoping Hernandez gets the start in this one.

Je-Vaughn Watson $5.8 - Watson played the full game in Jamaica's loss to Canada the other day. He could still start, but why? Kellyn Acosta is back and should get the start if Watson lacks any fitness at all. If he does play, he won't get you many points anyways.

Mauro Diaz $7.8 - Diaz only played 10 minutes last week after returning from injury. I don't think he's ready to start just yet. He will most likely come on as a late sub again.

MLS

Three midweek games this week and five teams are on a double-game week.

Who to start/add

Landon Donovan $11.9 - Donovan's form recently has fantasy managers calling him "Captain Fantasy." Rightly so. He has been absolutely fantastic. He is playing out of his mind. He is the most expensive player in the game right now, but he's worth it. I was lucky enough to buy him cheaper a few weeks ago. But, there's no shame in buying him high with the way he's playing right now and playing two games this week.

Robbie Keane $11.8 - I can't help but pick Los Angeles Galaxy players with the way they're playing and how many fantasy points they are producing. Keane is healthy again and ready to play for LA after being on international duty with Ireland.

Bradley Wright-Philips $9.0 - New York is another team on a double-game week. BWP is scoring like crazy this season. Start him.

Other options: Diego Valeri $10.2 (POR), Jermaine Jones $8.5 (NE), Lee Nguyen $8.8 (NE).

Who not to start/add

Victor Bernardez $8.3 - San Jose plays two games this week, but one is in Vancouver and the other is at home against LA. Doesn't look promising for the Earthquakes.

Bobby Boswell $8.8 - D.C. United play their only game of the week tonight in New York. This will be a great game. Rivalry game and both teams fighting for points. NY needs the points more, they play well at home, and I think DC will have their hands full with BWP and Thierry Henry.

Jhon Kennedy Hurtado $7.8 - Chivas USA are bad. So bad. Sporting Kansas City are coming to town. This doesn't look good for CUSA.

Bye week: none.
