Take Your Pick: MLS Week 17's weekend predictions

The Big D Soccer team makes their predictions for the Week 17 weekend games.

Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

Let's see how we do this week. I will include all theBDS team's predictions of the MLS games on the upcoming weekend. Correct prediction = 3 points awarded. No double-point game this week. Alright, let's do this thing.

BDS picks

My picks

HOUvNY - Well, let's see here...first of all, Houston sucks right now. That's pretty much it. Oh and New York has Bradley Wright-Phillips scoring goals left and right, plus that guy Tim Cahill is coming off a sensational World Cup performance.

COLvCLB - Colorado is one of the hottest teams in MLS at the moment and Columbus can't seem to score.

RSLvNE - This is going to be a really good game. Kyle Beckerman should be able to start (you know, since he didn't play against Belgium...errrgh oh well) and Real Salt Lake is always good at home. But, Diego Fagundez and New England are playing well right now. Draw for me.

LAvPOR - Another draw for me, because I have no clue who will win. These two teams are up and down week in and week out.

TORvDC - Jermain Defoe can't stop scoring! And he won't against D.C. United.

VANvSEA - The Cascadia Cup returns. Will Clint Dempsey play? Probably. Will he start? Probably not. Will they still win? Yeah I think so.

CUSAvMTL - Erick Torres can't stop scoring! And he won't against Montreal.

SKCvCHI - Almost unanimous from our crew in picking Sporting Kansas City over Chicago. SKC is just a well-oiled machine. They're like the San Antonio Spurs (boooooo!) of MLS.
