Talking FCD and a USL PRO team | Soccerly

Time to dust off this old discussion and bring it back into the fold.

Escobar earning top honors |

The dude just had a killer weekend.

How Escobar stacks up against some of the world's best |

Holy smokes. We all knew Andres Escobar had a strong game this past weekend but these numbers are pretty damn telling. I think it is safe to say he is earning that paycheck now.

Loyd credited with FCD's resurgence |

He is certainly one of the many pieces that are playing well these days. Great to see Zach Loyd back to the Loyd of 2011 or so and not the one of 2013.

Next step for US, Bayern coach sees it down to coaching |

I honestly cannot agree more with this statement. As much as development is down to the players and getting them proper time on the field. A lot of it with young players still has to do with proper coaching.

Wiebe awards |

Oh Andrew Wiebe, those gold statues in the background are a tad creepy. But hey, good of you to see what Tesho Akindele is doing here in Dallas. Though having him at number three right now seems a tad low.

Omar Gonzalez likes current trend for US players, but still wants to go to Europe |

I'm still a bit shocked one of the top Mexican sides hasn't snagged him yet. Those rumors have been floating around for what feels like years now. But he says he'd like to go to Europe at some point. As long as it is the right place Omar, do it.

Juan Agudelo may join Orlando camp |

But the catch there Lion fans is he won't stay for good.

Vegas may have another group in line for an expansion spot | Vegas Review Journal

Really, another group wants a team. I'm telling you this #24 bid is going to come down to who has the best package deal for MLS in terms of stadium, stadium location, fan support, sponsorship potential and ownership group.

The views my friends will be amazing.

Zusi and Besler's extensions show the future of MLS is here |

We got these two and potentially some more USMNT team players coming back this summer.

With Houston of all teams. Really? Something feels weird about that but apparently it was down to NY, Houston and Philly. Hmm.
