FC Dallas players haven't been getting many points lately.

Act fast! Lineups lock at 6:30pm tonight! Let's take a look at who to start and who not to start.

FC Dallas

FC Dallas plays Colorado at home this week. Decently favorable game right? FCD players should be able to get some points.

Who to start/add

Blas Perez $8.6 - Perez scored FCD's lone goal against San Jose last week. Perez and Fabian Castillo look to be FCD's best hope in producing any goals. Hopefully the goal last week will give Perez confidence and get a goal scoring streak going.

Matt Hedges $8.6 - Colorado will be playing their second game of the week against FCD. I think last week's game against San Jose might have been a wake up call for FCD and get the team going. That said, I see Hedges having a huge game this week, defensively, and maybe even offensively.

Who not to start/add

Je-Vaughn Watson $6.1 - Watson hasn't played too well after his hot start to the season. I don't expect that to change anytime soon.

Victor Ulloa $5.0 - Ulloa has been solid in the middle of the park. But he won't give you many fantasy points. He is cheap, but not worth it.

MLS

Double-game weeks for Chicago, Colorado, Columbus, and Real Salt Lake.

Who to start/add

Javier Morales $11.4 - Morales will be one of the most captained players this week. RSL is on a double-game week and Morales is on fire. He will create a lot of chances for himself and other teammates.

Federico Higuain $10.5 - Higuain didn't play last week. But, the two games before, he tallied two goals and four assists. That's outstanding. He's my captain this week.

Drew Moor $7.8 - For double-game week teams, it's always safe to bet on defenders to go the full 90 minutes for both games. Defenders can really rack up the points in fantasy and Moor is the second leading scorer among defenders in fantasy manager.

Who not to start/add

Mauro Rosales $7.5 - Rosales and Chivas USA have come back down to reality after their hot start to the season. Rosales hasn't been playing great and I wouldn't expect him to do well against the LA Galaxy. The only player I would maybe trust on Chivas is Erick Torres.

Thierry Henry $10.8 - Henry's status is in doubt for their game this week at New England. He doesn't like to play on turf (as a player, I totally agree with this). Turf is hard on your legs, and Henry isn't getting any younger. Even if he does play, it most likely won't be for long and he won't be his usual self.

Clarence Goodson $7.8 - San Jose didn't look too great against FCD and were lucky to come away with three points. Even a man down, FCD pretty much controlled the second half. San Jose is missing some key players in Chris Wondolowski and Victor Bernardez. They will really be missing Bernardez when they travel to Toronto to take on Jermain Defoe and Toronto FC.
