Major League Soccer released what should be the final Reserve League schedule today. As the league moves forward they are requiring each team to either field a USL PRO team or have an affiliate within the third division league.
FC Dallas will play in nine total Reserve League games in 2014, a pretty disappointing number when you consider how close they might have been to fielding a full fledge USL PRO team in 2014. Along with the four matches against USL PRO teams, the FCD Reserves will play Montreal, Chivas, and Colorado once, and then twice against the Chicago Fire.
The interesting thing to note is how the Reserves will play four home games between March and April and then won't play at home again until September. Not to mention the fact that they'll be off between late April and early July doesn't sound good either.
