We're nearly at Christmas!

We're nearly a week away from the big holiday here. We also have one last stage in the final draft of the year as well to look forward to this week. But first lets get into the headlines for Monday.

I keep saying it but 2015 will be a big year for Acosta. A big one.

UVA claims NCAA title in shootout against UCLA | MLSSoccer.com

I must admit, this is the first college season since I was in high school that I really didn't care much about following it. It largely has something to do with FCD not being in the first two rounds of the SuperDraft next month. Still, a big congrats to UVA for claiming their seventh title.

Reyna heads to England to talk to Lampard | MLSSoccer.com

This sounds like a never ending saga for the new expansion side. Either Frank Lampard will be in NYC this spring or he won't be there until this summer. That much we know.

DCU is one kick away from their new stadium | Washington Post

It feels like this thing is actually going to happen. A real Christmas miracle.
