FC Dallas on Campus: Week 9 results

The end of the regular season is nearly here.

The slew of FC Dallas academy players had a busy opening weekend of games.

Seniors

Boyd Okwuono (North Carolina) - The Tar Heels continue to dominate opponents. Okwuono played the full 90 in a 2-0 win over Boston College. He followed that up with another start and 81 minutes in a 6-2 win over Georgia Southern

Jack Coleman (Duke) - Duke bounced back with two straight wins this week. Coleman had one assist in a 2-0 win over Pittsburgh. He would sit out the 2-1 win over Georgia State.

Damian Rosales (SMU) - SMU stumbled again, in a 2-1 loss to UCONN. Rosales started and played 83 minutes with one assist.

Juniors

Mikey Ambrose (Maryland) - Ambrose helped pitch in for two more wins for Maryland. He started both matches and got one assist in the win over Santa Clara.

Aaron Guillen (Florida Gulf Coast) - He started in a 2-2 draw with North Florida.

Mark Ashby (Harvard) - Ashby started in both matches for Harvard last week.

Sophomores

Nicholas Rochowski (New Mexico) - Rochowski came off the bench to play 30 minutes in a 4-0 win over Old Dominion. He would not see the field however in a 3-2 loss to UAB.

Caleb Underwood (SMU) - He did not play in either match this past week.

Marco Carrizales (SMU) -  He did not play in either match this past week.

Bobby Edet (Furman) - He started in both matches for Furman wins this week.

Marco Ortiz (Furman) - He started in both wins this past week, including adding one assist.

Victor Portillo (Liberty) - He came off the bench in a 3-2 win over UNC Asheville. He did not play in the 4-1 loss to NC State.

Fernando Laverde (Central Florida) - He came off the bench and played 27 minutes in a 3-2 win over Cincinnati.

Freshman

Kristoffer Reaves (Wake Forest) - Reaves started and played in all three matches for Wake this past week.

Jordan Cano (SMU) - He played the full 90 minutes in the 2-1 loss to UConn.

Abdul Yassine (SMU) - He came off the bench and played 7 minutes in the loss to UConn.

Will Coleman (Liberty) - He started both matches for Liberty this past week.

Troy Reeves (Liberty) - He started both matches for Liberty this past week.

Cesar Murillo (College of Charleston) - He started and played the full match in both games this past week for Charleston. He added in one assist in the 2-1 loss to Elon.
