Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

We're nearly done with this week. FC Dallas is in Canada getting ready for tomorrow's game with Vancouver. We'll get you all prepared for that today but first here are some morning links.

Watson's versatility has become huge for Pareja | Dallas Soccer News

Part of me wishes there was a most improved award in MLS that was handed out each year because I really believe Je-Vaughn Watson would have a serious case for it.

Vote for Tesho |

Seriously, if you didn't see this yesterday, make sure you spend some time on it. Also, check back next week too. I've heard the next video of this will be just as good, if not better, than the first one.

On a side note, I appreciate all of you that have tweeted at me like the club asked. To answer your question, yes I did know FCD was 8-2-3 in Tesho's last 13 games.

Whitecaps hope to be team of destiny in October |

Here is a pretty interesting look at the Whitecaps and their hope for reaching the playoffs this year.

Galaxy believe Keane is the MVP |

Honestly, if I had to vote this very second for the MVP award, Robbie Keane would likely get my vote. I mean 17 goals and 14 assists. Yeah that is definitely MVP worthy.

Chicago and Philly tie on Thursday night |

The Fire set a new record for ties in a MLS season. Just ridiculous. Also, Philly is in a bad shape for the playoff hunt.

Davy Arnuad brings the grit to DCU | Washington Post

If you want one person to look at as to why DCU turned their fortunes around from 2013 to 2014, it may be due to this veteran player. Its like what happened when Portland added Will Johnson.

The future of MLS | US Soccer Players

Oh the debate on the Red Bulls continues, plus some expansion talk too. Interesting seeing someone else point out that stadiums where the land was cheap hasn't worked here in Dallas. Gotta love how people just lump FCD into the problems of the league because of where the stadium was built. I'd be willing to bet that writer hasn't been to Frisco in the last two years.

Will Sporting make the playoffs |

Uh-oh. The defending champs are inching ever so closely to that dreaded red line for what feels like the first time in forever. But that recent form is pretty darn telling too. The thing is, if you thought FCD's injury situation was bad in 2014, I don't think it was nearly as bad as KC's.

Roma signs a 9-year old | NY Post

Yes, you read that headline correct. A 9-year old has been signed by Roma. Just click the link and watch the videos. Seriously.

That is all for today, check back later as we preview tomorrow's game. Enjoy your Friday folks!
