Getting valuable minutes on the field was always a struggle for FC Dallas midfielder Bobby Warshaw but it appears his loan to the second division in Sweden is already turning out to be a success.
Warshaw made his debut for Ängelholms FF last Wednesday, playing the full 90 minutes in a 3-1 Swedish Cup win over Skövde AIK.
Warshaw also made the gameday roster for the club's league match against Jönköpings Södra, but was an unused sub in the 2-2 draw.
Ängelholms FF played a road match last night at GIF Sundsvall and Warshaw bagged himself his first goal since scoring a game-winner in Kansas City two years ago. Sundsvall is currently the second division's top club.
The goal came in the 79th minute for Ängelholms, putting them ahead briefly before Sundsvall scored a tying goal just three minutes later. Warshaw played the full 90 in this match as well.
Ängelholms is currently 7-7-7 on the season and are 7th in the league table. Warshaw and Angelholms will return to action on Sunday, September 1, when they host Varbergs BoIS FC.
