Christmas has come early for soccer fans around the league. Monday, Major League Soccer revealed the 2014 schedule for the entire league.
FC Dallas will open up the season with a First Kick game against the Montreal Impact on March 8th at 7:30pm.
The annual Texas Derby match between FC Dallas and the Houston Dynamo will take place at BBVA Compass Stadium on April 5th.
This home slate reflects what FC Dallas had in 2012 when the Eastern Conference group of New York, New England, Philadelphia, Montreal and Toronto came to Frisco. Dallas will get two home visits from Colorado, Chivas, Portland, and Seattle.
FC Dallas will also have five games on national television.
The schedule also includes a two-week break from June 12 to 24 in deference to the group phase of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
