It's about time for the season predictions thing and I am shamelessly stealing the idea from Lone Star Ball of having community projections for a few different FC Dallas players. Obviously, this doesn't work as well for defensive players as goals and assists are now how they're measure, but for the offensive guys I think this could be fun to look at towards the end of 2012.
The rules are simple...give me Goals, Assists, Games Started...
We'll start out with Blas Perez the guy who, as Schellas says, was signed to be the alpha dog top line forward the gaffer has been searching for since 2010. With David Ferreira, Brek Shea and Fabian Castillo on the pitch with him, the Panamanaian, who has scored everywhere he's gone, could be a dark horse for Budweiser Golden Boot. Or he could struggle to adapt to the speed of the league, get frustrated by the physical defending/spotty refereeing and fail to produce.
So what do you think he'll do? Ready...go!
