In just a little while we'll know who Montreal Impact have chosen in the MLS Expansion Draft and if FC Dallas loses a player today. Click here to follow the live stream starting at 1:50PM.

EDIT: Montreal have chosen their picks and Dallas survives without having anyone chosen. The real shocker of the draft is the selection of Brian Ching who had told Montreal he would retire if they chose him. Gutsy move by Jesse Marsch to try and fleece the Dynamo to get their star forward back a year before he likely retires.

Another interesting move was selecting James Riley of Seattle then turning him over to Chivas for Gerson Mayen and forward Justin Braun. Braun is a player I've always wanted in Dallas and you wonder if FCD really got as much as they could have for the Heath Pearce trade last winter.

We're discussing the expansion draft in the comments below so join in. Follow the link to see the full expansion draft results.
