We last left you while sitting in the Buffalo airport waiting for the 4:15 bus

4:15 - Outside the Buffalo airport we meet a few more Rapids fans and hop on the Megabus. In an absolutely brilliant turn of events, the Megabus has not only plugs for my dying computer but free wifi internet! Soon we were on our way to Toronto watching the Real Madrid game on my laptop...roughing it.

5:00 - We bus over to the main Buffalo terminal and sit there for way too long....we're now 20 minutes late *groan*

5:30 - Stop at the Canadian border for customs and we gain back the 20 minutes we lost in Buffalo. I guess we got real lucky with this one because there was only one bus in front of us and they were gone 5 minutes after we arrived. I really should've printed out all my itinerary stuff because I got a little hassle at the border, but no big problems.

6:15 - Stretching out on the bus as we head towards Toronto. Canada really isn't any different from America except for the Tim Horton's. Luckily, I was able to grab some Z's and woke up in Mississauga.

7:15 - We start to get near Toronto and everything is starting to become real on the trip. Despite the best efforts of our lead foot bus driving slamming on the gas then slamming on the breaks we've made it to T-Dot.

7:30 - Holy crap, it's BMO Field with the lights on. Passing by the stadium gave all of us a much needed shot of adrenaline after a long day of travel. BMO Field is a lot bigger than it looks on TV and I can't wait to get over there later.

Keep reading for a long walk and Shoeless Joe's

8:10 - After some traffic we finally arrive at the bus terminal and begin the 2km walk to our hotel. Now let me tell you, 2km seems like a lot less on Google maps than it is. I feel bad for Gina who I've made walk farther than I should have and what would've been a less than $10 cab ride became a cold, miserable walk to the Clarion.

8:25 - We finally arrive at the hotel and I hop in the shower to recharge. After the shower, I'm refreshed with my swag turned on and we're ready to head to Shoeless Joe's where my fiancée and the rest of the Dallas crew are.

9:00 - We cabbed it over to Shoeless Joe's and it's great to catch back up with friends. We all took some pretty crazy routes to get here, but it's finally becoming real when everyone is there together. Overall there's probably 30 Dallas fans at Shoeless Joe's and the same amount of Rapids fans. Just about every MLS team is represented, though I never saw a Houston Dynamo jersey tee hee hee

10:00 - Chants are going back and forth at Shoeless Joe's, all in fun of course. It's really great to finally have FC Dallas in the championship. I've been through the MLS Cup thing where your team isn't in it and it's really not very fun.

11:00 - Everything gets a little fuzzy from here....good times were had by all.

11:15AM - Sitting here at the Clarion about to go hit up the CN Tower...Today is a big day.

Enjoy the game!
