FC Dallas fans will get their first up close look at new head coach Oscar Pareja tomorrow morning when the club formally introduced him to the local press. Pareja will become the sixth head coach in club history. The press conference will begin at 10am at Toyota Stadium.
Pareja was officially hired on January 10th by the club after a long and fairly exhausting search. He spent the last two seasons in Colorado with the Rapids. He went 25-30-13 in those two seasons in the Mile High City. Pareja spent seven years here in Dallas as a player and another three as a coach with the Academy teams. In the 2010-2011 season, Pareja was named the U-18 Academy Coach of the Year before taking the U-18s to a runner-up finish at the national championship.
Both Clark and Dan Hunt, along with Fernando Clavijo will be on hand to introduce the new head coach. The club will also welcome 2014 SuperDraft pick Tesho Akindele to the club.
Big D Soccer will be on hand to cover this press event.
