FC Dallas Injury Update: Week 9

USA TODAY Sports

Nothing new on the IR side but the questionable list continues to grow.

Forgive me for the tardiness on this, I meant to post this earlier in the day. The weekly injury report is out and just like last week, some of the same cast of characters are on it again for FC Dallas. But unlike last week, the number of players out is getting better.

The biggest change is seeing both Stephen Keel and Ramon Nunez on the questionable side of thing. While rookie Walker Zimmerman is still out for this weekend's game, all three are said to be back in training, which is a great sign of things to come for the month of May when there are reserve league games and I believe a US Open Cup match later in the month.

So where is where things stand for Week 9:

IR: Ugo Ihemelu (concussion symptoms), Peter Luccin (torn right ACL)

Out: Walker Zimmerman (groin),

Questionable: Jonathan Top (right groin strain), Stephen Keel (left quad strain), Ramon Nunez (ACL surgery recovery)

Again, not bad. With next weekend off, we could see a nearly full strength squad in some senses (no one on the injury report other than the two on the IR) for the Portland game.
