FC Dallas Reserves Fall 2-1 at Chicago

The reserves traveled up to Chicago last night to face the Fire this morning, falling 2-1 to their Brimstone Cup rivals.

Substitutes not used: Alejandro Dominguez*, Richard Sanchez

A few interesting notes, firstly Scott Sealy scored in his second straight reserve game. He seems to be in a really good run of form right now. Secondly, Colombian trialist keeper David Gonzales started this one and the other interesting thing is seeing senior academy midfielder Marco Carrizales and newly-added academy defender Christian de Luna starting for Dallas.

Given that the FCD backline consisted of three midfielders and an academy player that has really never even practiced with the first team(that I've seen), it's not such a bad result when you see that Chicago started newly-signed World Cup veteran forward Guillermo Franco and Dominic Oduro.

Dallas returns to reserve league action next Tuesday night hosting Sporting KC at FC Dallas Stadium.
