FC Dallas goalkeeper Kevin Hartman is up for the MLS Save of the Week honors.
He goes up against a few fine saves from around this week including Seattle's Michael Gspruning (against Real Salt Lake), Toronto's Freddy Hall (against Montreal), New York's Luis Robles (against Sporting KC) and Sporting KC's Jimmy Nielsen (against New York).
Hartman's big stop came in the 71st minute of Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Seattle Sounders when the veteran pushed away a chance from Osvaldo Alonso. The defensive midfielder beat his mark on the near side line and sent a screamer of a shot at the far post but Hartman was quick to make sure it didn't get past him.
