Print2010 was obviously the best season in MLS history for FC Dallas. They made MLS Cup for the first time and set a league record for unbeaten streak. However, as Schellas Hyndman will tell you, that success can be detrimental to next season as it creates expectations.
So what should the realistic expectations of FC Dallas fans be? What makes 2011 a successful season?

It’s any sort of trophy in 2011 for me. USOC, SS, MLS Cup….something. It’s time to fill that case.

Welllll...
We were this close last year until the Colorado curse hit us again. MLS winners or bust. Western Conference champs was really nice, but until that cup is in its proper place I would consider it a disappointment. Not necessarily a failure, but certainly a disappointment.
